TimeFrame Photography bio picture

Thanks for visiting Time Frame Photography.

My passion for photography has led to this labor of love. I have been blessed to share special moments with new friends as they celebrate birth, growth, family, graduation, and marriage.

Since June 2006, this great new world allows me to be creative and capture moments that families will treasure for years to come. I'm very thankful to be a part of it.

I am a marketing graduate from the University of North Texas and have worked almost 16 years at The Dallas Morning News.  I have been married 15 years to my beautiful (and patient) wife, Deborah, and we have two amazing girls, Jenna and Haley.

We have lived in Midlothian for the past five years and lived in Duncanville prior to moving here. In addition to our family, we have two rescue Samoyeds and two spoiled Persians.

Product shoot gone to the dogs…

Jenny Conrad of Conrad Creative needed a couple of pictures for a new promotion she is working on.
Although it took about 5 minutes to actually take the pics, it took a ton more time setting up the lights, backgrounds, etc. So I decided to get a few more shots in. While setting up, we had a curious spectator that wasn’t very happy I was taking over the dining room.
Well, he got into the action… boys and girls, I’d like to introduce you to Bentley.

Baby #3 for the Murphys

Ryan and Cheri are expecting baby #3 in a few months and celebrated with a quick photo session with the girls.
Although a bit hot, the girls were great and we got some good shots!

Ryan and Friends

Getting in one more round of pics before graduation, Ryan and his buddies got together for a pretty entertaining shoot.
We got this session knocked out in just over an hour!

Dalia’s Senior Pics

We scheduled for a Saturday morning, but the weather put a damper on things.
We met in Waxahachie on a rainy morning hoping we would catch a break… but with no luck.
We were, however, able to shoot indoors thanks to the Texas Theater (www.texasmusictheater.com).
The rest of the shoot had to wait until Sunday afternoon.

Midlothian Prom Night

About 16-18 students got together prior to loading up for prom this Saturday.
Although the weather got nasty, the pre-party went well, and from what I can tell, everyone had a great time that evening.
A special thanks to the Fairbanks for inviting me to shoot the gathering!

Last minute shoot with Derek

With one cancellation creates another opportunity.
I talked to Derek and his family earlier in the year about senior pics and the timing worked out for this shoot.
We shot this in Cedar Hill and downtown Waxahachie around the old Rogers Hotel.

Sam’s Senior Pics

It was a busy day today. Sam opted for a more urban look, so we hit Deep Ellum and Swiss Avenue for this shoot.
Congrats to Sam as he heads off to SMU this fall!

Cody and Cameron

This was a fun shoot. Cody and Cameron couldn’t be more excited than to spend an entire Saturday morning posing for the camera… they were good sports though (making mom proud!). We got access to the grounds at Northwood University for the first part of the shoot and finished in Midlothian. To see the entire shoot, click here.

Midlo Football

I was honored to shoot for the Midlothian Panther football team in 2007 and 2008. In order to spend more time with my family (and keep me from burning the candle at both ends), I stepped down at the end of the 2008 season. It was a great time and I will definitely miss hanging out on the sideline this fall.
